Return Policy for Subscription Box
We do not accept returns or exchanges for Fish Guy Mystery Fishing Boxes. The subscription boxes or any product received in the boxes are nonrefundable and are not eligible for returns.
Return Policy for All Other Items
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Returns are not free. If you'd like to initiate a return, navigate to the returns portal.
You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of the purchase date.

Follow the instructions provided. Refund will be processed once it has been received.
To initiate an International return, please complete the following steps:
Email support@shopfishguy.com with your full name, order number, and the name of the item(s) you wish to be returned.
Pack up your order and ship it to the address provided.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Returned item(s) must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned item(s) must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Item(s) must be returned unworn/unwashed to receive a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in 5-10 business days from the time we receive the package. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. We appreciate your patience.
Hats/ Headwear Return Policy
All headwear item(s) are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our hats.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange please replace an order on our site for your appropriate size.
Shipping Cost Refund
The Fish Guy Shop is not liable for refunding shipping costs on returned orders.
